First Snipe Hunt

First day of snipe hunting was awesome heart did not want to leave but my legs did. Myself Robert and Johnny went you to Crooked Lake in Lake Whales. Took us a little while to find the birds but once we did it was on. Rob and I got 2 apiece and Johnny got 6. Seconds before getting into the boat I walked over to this lilly pad island hoping I could get one last bird before leaving. As I approached bird flies everyone misses him my safety was on. So we give up....but I kept watching him swing all the way around in a big circle and come right back over our heads he was pretty high but I coulndt help but take the shot. SMASH! I just destroyed this bird lands about a foot away from my brother Robert. Then we hit up some really good BBQ on the way back to the house. Awesome day and a great start to a new tradition and hobby with my brother and one of my closest friends.
